Kacang Kuda Hitam Berempah

Spicy snacking ...this time I used the black chic peas..

200g black chic peas(soaked in water overnight and boiled till soft)
3 tbsp meat curry powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 big onion sliced
3-4 dried chili cut in thinly with scissors
3-4 stalk curry leaves
1-2 tsp mustard seeds
salt, MSG to taste
oil for frying

Heat oil and fry the sliced onions. Add in mustard seeds, dried chillies, curry leaves and powders.
Add salt and MSG to taste. Add in chick peas and stir well making sure all the peas are covered with the spices. Ready.
