Petola Ular Goreng Mamak

Snake gourd fried with mustard seeds, sliced dried chillies, onions, garlics some turmeric powder and eggs.. Indian menu for today.. I like to eat 'nasi mamak', basically like the taste of the rice...what I knew was the way they cooked the rice was they discard the starch during boiling and add some salt in it..(agaknya lah ni).. I can eat nasi mamak in ' a heap of small mountain' ..and finished it cleaned..but after that...you can just miss dinner without realising it..hehe
